This policy describes how SAO plus s.r.o. processes the personal data you provide us through the contact form on this website.

Through the contact form we process the data you voluntarily provide us: your name, phone number, e-mail address, and the content of your message.
We process your data to handle your enquiry and prepare a potential offer – i.e. to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your separate consent.
If your enquiry does not lead to a business relationship, we keep your data only as long as necessary to handle it and for any follow-up contact, for no more than 12 months from the last communication. If you become our customer, we continue to process your data for the duration of the contractual relationship and as required by legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax regulations).
Your message is delivered directly to authorised staff of SAO plus s.r.o. E-mail communication may be technically handled via the infrastructure of Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (company mailboxes) and Google Ireland Ltd. (technical message delivery) – these providers do not otherwise make use of the data. We do not share your data with any other third parties without your consent, nor use it for other purposes.
